Cindy Silvagni, sales agent
Native resident of Las Vegas, Nevada.
Cindy obtained her Real Estate License in 1983 and began her real estate career working at Levy Realty. Later, she moved on to work with her husband Peter Silvagni at Prudential Southwest Realty, where Peter and Cindy built up the businesss and eventually took over ownership of the agency.
While at Prudential, Cindy and Peter were involved in many large projects. Among them were:
* The sale and development of large parcels of property known as the Northwest Corridor.
* The development and building of The Partell Medical Center on Maryland Parkway
* The development and building of the commercial complex at Sahara and Jones
* Development of mini warehouses and storage unit facilities.
Cindy is the Humanitarian Director in her church and is very proud of her heritage and roots and of her family's local history and their accomplishments in the Las Vegas Valley.
Her maternal grandfather, Koz Webb, came to Las Vegas to help build Hoover/Boulder Dam. In the 1950's, Cindy's family settled into the Las Vegas Valley. After his work on the dam was completed, Koz Webb ran the Keno Game at the showboat for 30 years until his retirement. Cindy's mother Gwenevere Webb Miller Twedt Ferrell ran PBX (switchboard) systems at various hotels on The Strip for 40 years, ending her tenure in PBX as the Head Operator at the Luxor Hotel
Cindy loves Real Estate and Las Vegas and loves working with her family and strives to give great service to everyone.
