Gina Silvagni Perry, broker - and President of Heritage Realty Company, continues the seventy-seven years of family involvement in the Las Vegas real estate market. With her family well-established in the community for two previous generations, Gina was born and raised in Las Vegas. She is the daughter of Nevada real estate luminary Olivia Silvagni, who was one of the first female realtors in Nevada to be appointed to the Nevada Real Estate Advisory Commission. Gina and Don Perry have one daughter, Olivia Therese, named for her maternal and paternal grandmothers.
Gina began her real estate career in 1970 while a teenager doing clerical work in her mother's real estate business (Heritage Realty Company). She got her own real estate license in 1978, and continued working for her mother as a licensed realtor/broker at Heritage Realty.
Gina attended St. Anne's and St. Joseph's elementary schools and graduated from Bishop Gorman High School, then attended UNLV majoring in Business administration and finance. When Olivia Silvagni retired from active involvement in the family business in 1996, Gina assumed the role of Broker and President of this family-founded, family-owned and family-operated local Las Vegas real estate business, Heritage Realty Company.
